This glorious apartment for 4 is on the second floor (with lift) of an elegant, historical residence just a few metres from Caprafico Beach. On the western side of the charming town of Nervi, the apartment enjoys uninterrupted sea views. It makes an ideal base for a beach holiday, combined with hiking, and exploring the coastal towns as well as the fascinating city of Genoa.
The apartment is full of light and catches the sea breezes, as there are windows on three sides. The decor is simple but stylish, with wooden and black and white tiled floors throughout. The living room is furnished with a combination of antique and contemporary pieces including a corner sofa, flat-screen TV and a coffee table. French windows open onto the private balcony with stunning views over the Ligurian Sea. The balcony has chairs and table for guests to relax with a cup of coffee or sundowners.
The separate dining room is off the living room, and also enjoys sea views. There is an elegant glass table with chairs, and bookcases. The adjacent kitchen is through an archway and decorated with as much care and attention as the rest of the apartment. It is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. There is a small table with chairs for quick snacks.

Location
Nervi was once a small fishing village and visitors can see the old harbour, the Porticciolo di Nervi (5 minute walk), with its restaurants and panoramic walks. The residence is conveniently located close to shops (supermarket 2 minutes walk) and other amenities.
It is a lively suburb of Genoa. Getting into the city centre is easy as there is Genoa Quinto railway station just 3 minutes drive from the apartment. Two of the city’s must-see sites are the Romanesque cathedral of San Lorenzo and the monumental Piazza De Ferrari.
Genoa’s vibrant port area (25 minutes) is home to the modern Aquarium of Genoa, which is worth a visit. As is the neighbouring Porto Antico, a huge cultural space with many events, exhibitions and great places to eat out.
For guests who want to relax by the sea, there are several beaches and lido’s along the coast, including the Spiaggia di Caprafico below the apartment and the Spiaggia Murcarolo, just a 7 minute walk along the seafront.
Genova’s International Airport is just a 30-minute drive from the apartment.
