The lounge area features a spacious balcony adjoining the lounge area and the Master bedroom together, where you’ll enjoy relaxing on a cozy outdoor seating area with tables and chairs or take a tan on the comfy sunbeds. The comfortable dining area features a dining table and chairs to accommodate up to 6 persons and the kitchen which is fully equipped with essential kitchen utensils and appliances to include a Toaster and a Coffee Machine for your convenience. Master Bedroom The Master Bedroom has a unique taste featuring a comfy King-size bed with premium bedding, two bedside tables and has an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is spacious featuring a bathtub, double basins, a walk-in shower unit, and a toilet, in addition to the private outdoor Jacuzzi tub. The Second Bedroom with an equally elegant style features a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit. Guest Access Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including Beach access with lots of water activities, Gym, Shared Swimming pool and a spa as well in addition to exotic parties at the FIVE. Interaction with Guests All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests’ checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition. AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the residences where you will find all the shops that you might need and also there is a nearby Spinneys Market to get all your essentials easily. Dubai International Airport is about half an hour drive away from the building. Getting around There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
