Free parking is available at your accommodation, so you can come and go as you please.

Important Information for Guests:
EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED without prior authorization. There is a site manager that will count all guest coming to the property and exterior cameras throughout the villa.
If an event is authorized, an additional fee will apply. Please inquire about pricing before booking.
Any setup of furniture, tents, bounce houses, or other structures must be placed in the designated area (never on the grass).
Water-based bounce houses or any structures that involve water use on the lawn are strictly prohibited.
Any damage to the grass or green areas due to non-compliance with these rules will result in a penalty fee to repair costs.
At the entrance of Casa Ámbar, there is a separate house where Edson and Connie live. They are part of the property’s staff. Edson is the security guard and is present to ensure the safety and well-being of the house and its guests. Both live on-site strictly for work purposes and do not interfere with guests’ privacy or stay.
**SECURITY CHECKS:**
Upon arrival, there are two security filters:
1. **Main Gate - Racquet Club:** The guard will ask for a valid ID and the property address.
2. **At the House:** We have a private security guard who will again request an ID and a signature. The name on the ID must match the reservation, and the signature must match the ID.
**IMPORTANT:**
We reserve the right of admission. Only the number of guests registered in the reservation will be allowed to enter. If additional people arrive, they will not be granted access until the corresponding payment is made and they are properly registered. Only the guests listed on the Property Manager reservation are allowed on the property at all times. This includes both overnight stays and short visits. No additional visitors are allowed under any circumstances. If this rule is broken, a penalty fee will be charged without prior notice.
The property entrance is steep and may be difficult for small or low-clearance vehicles. It’s recommended to use a vehicle with good traction or consider parking below and walking up. Please prepare accordingly.
Guest Verification Link: Verify your identity through the "Restavio Guest Verification" link to receive extra protection during your stay. Failure to comply may lead to reservation cancellation with a 15% booking fee.
Private Pool: Take a refreshing dip in your very own private pool, a serene oasis perfect for cooling off on warm, sunny days. Please note that the pool is not heated, ensuring a refreshing experience.
Jacuzzi: Relax and unwind in our luxurious, heated jacuzzi. To ensure all guests enjoy this amenity, usage is limited to a maximum of 2 hours per day, providing the perfect way to end your day.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed, except for service dogs. Please inform property management in advance if you have a service dog.
House Rules:
General Rules: No illegal drugs, smoking, loud noises, or music. Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Only one set of towels is provided per registered guest.
No events allowed, events can be considered however is must be requested first and is subject to authorization.
Maximum Number of Guests: Only the registered number of guests are allowed with additional fees for extra persons. Maximum capacity of 13 people at all times
Cooking Essentials: Salt, pepper, cooking oil, and cookware are provided.
Early Check-In:

We are located in a mountain region, home to various species of wildlife.
It is possible to encounter animals such as skunks, badgers, and others around the property.
