BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

- crockery and cutlery
- integrated dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has Samsung 65" TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer as well as iron and ironing board are available to use.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building’s nearby park, lake access, and Common Garden / Courtyard throughout your stay.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
NOTE:
Please be advised that the Barbeque Area and Rooftop is currently unavailable for use.
PARKING:
The car space is a car stacker, and you will need to use the key to access your car space. There are instructions on the wall next to the car space where you will need to insert the key. Please make sure you park on the lower car space (garage clearance height 2.2m). Note that there is free street time-limited parking.

Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging, but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
