(13 min walk), Hatsudai Sta. (20 min walk) and buses (5min walk to bus stop) nearby, you can visit the must-see sights in Japan with ease. Nakano is safe and convenient; you can purchase almost anything necessary at convenience stores, supermarkets and drugstores nearby, making even a long term stay effortless. The space This dainty, graceful apartment is custom-designed for the sophisticated traveller. An elegant interior design where style meets functionality, your needs will be fulfilled when you stay with us. A private bedroom, roomy living and dining area, self-contained kitchen and bathroom separated from the washroom for convenience can all be found inside our home. This 39.6㎡ home is rather spacious by Tokyo standards, and can house up to 5 guests at a time. A modernly designed, fully separated living space and sleeping area with a loft provides guests with a clean, homey and practical staying experience. The spacey living and dining room area has a comfortable sofa that sits in front of a TV, so spend some time indoors bonding over a freshly home cooked meal made in our functional kitchen. If need be, this sofa can also be extended into a welcoming double sofa bed to provide a second bed for bigger groups. At night, head out to the balcony for an enchanting night view of the city of Tokyo. Along the corridor, you will find our bathroom and toilet are conveniently separated, to reduce preparation time in the day and night to help increase time spent travelling outdoors. The private bedroom has many windows inviting natural light to wake you in the morning. With a cozy double bed and a closet for your belongings, treating our place like your own home has never been so easy. With a fifth guest, feel free to use the floor mattress in the loft! Depending on your venturing needs, choose from a bus trip to the city from the bus stop 5 min walk away, or take any of the 3 train lines located within walking distance! You can find the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line 5 min walk away, the Toei Oedo Line 13 min walk away and the Keio Line 20 min walk away. On your way out to explore the city of Tokyo, you can also see the famous tall Shinjuku Fukutoshin buildings from the doorstep, propelling you to a great day filled with excitement and adventure. When in Japan, live as the Japanese do! There are many restaurants and cafes nearby for authentic Japanese cuisine. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, a multitude of convenience stores, supermarkets and drugstores are located a stone’s throw away, so you can get groceries, beauty products or even late night snacks at any time of day! Garbage produced from vacation rentals is classified as commercial waste, and must be collected by a licensed company after your stay. If you request collection during your stay, there may be an additional fee. Depending on the collector’s schedule, please understand we may not be able to collect the garbage at your desired time. ★ Visitors ★ Visitors without a reservation are not permitted to enter the property. If someone will be coming to visit even for a short time during your stay, you must include them in your reservation. ★ Availability ★ The calendar on this page shows our availability, so please feel free to book without inquiry. We also often accept last-minute bookings. The first paid reservation will get the room. Some details about your group, including your occupations and home addresses. 2. A photograph of each guest’s passport. *Not necessary for Japanese nationals or those with a registered address in Japan. **As this is an unmanned property, SOFA status guests must also provide a photograph of their passport. Other ID including military ID cannot be accepted. Check-in will be done via a tablet. ■This property is not suitable for children under 6 or haven’t gone to elementary school yet. For children from over 6 to 12, or elementary students, we gently ask parents and supervisors to be careful about loft stairs. It may cause accidents thus not suitable for small children to stay. ■This apartment is not soundproof, so you may hear some noise (speaking voices, footsteps etc.) from your neighbors during your stay.
