With a multitude of windows in the living room, the space seems bright and airy giving it the feel of living in a large treehouse amongst the Evergreens. With a breakfast nook in the bay windows (expands to seat 4 w/chairs), what better place is there to enjoy your morning coffee? The bedroom features a King-sized bed and gives a cozy atmosphere for a good night’s rest.
This unit also features a full bathroom, washer and dryer, galley kitchen and living room with Queen size sleeper sofa bed. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, great for cozying up in the winter, or just everyday ambiance. Just off the living room, is a small balcony with seating for some refreshing mountain air. The living room also has a flat screen TV with a DVD player and WIFI.
**Pricing is based on 2 guests and additional guests are $25 per person per night for use of the sleeper sofa and bedding -available upon request.
Situated along the Nooksack River and at the border of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, the options are inexhaustible for your next adventure.
The Pacific Northwest is the ideal place to bring a sense of equanimity to your vacation and delve back into nature. Snowater Community Club has 2 club houses available to guests that includes 2 heated indoor year-round pools with Jacuzzi hot tubs, a Cedar Sauna, Workout Room with free weights and machines, Children’s Playroom, Billiards and Ping Pong game room, Squash and Racquetball courts, Basketball and Tennis courts (seasonal), Playground, covered picnic area with propane BBQs, and an outdoor gas firepit. Throughout this 20-acre mountain paradise, is numerous charcoal BBQ’S for grilling, paths and trails for hiking and access to 1,000+ feet of Nooksack Riverfront.

Pet Rules:
We love pets and are glad that you’re bringing your furry companion. We just ask that you please follow all of our guidelines, since this is another person’s home.
1. Pet fees must be paid in advance of Check in.
2. Maximum 1 Dog allowed (no cats)
3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions)
4. Pets must be over the age of 1 year old.
5. Pets shall NOT be left unattended at any time for any purpose whatsoever or while you are at the ski area.
7. Any damage caused by pets will incur charges for repair or replacement of structures or furnishings and must be paid immediately.
8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise or continuous barking at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. All guests agree to adhere to rules and regulations and county ordinances regarding leash laws, sanitation, and noise disturbances.
10. Any fines or violations will be charged to the guest.
*Snowater Resort has four EV chargers available for owners and guests. This is offered for a $10/per charge fee. Please arrange use of the charger with the Snowater Resort office.
Important Notes:
Nature: This home is located in a rainforest near the base of a mountain. We have critters both large and small that we share the land with. From Ants to bats, mice and raccoons to Bears and Bobcats, we do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it looks like a free meal for the wildlife.
Technology:WiFI and Cellular Service: Due to the remote location, cable TV, cellular service, and high-speed internet are not available. The home has free WIFI and a smart TV for streaming your favorite subscription channels. There’s also cell phone service near Mt Baker ski area. Wi-Fi is DSL and ranges between 4-9 mbps depending on the time of day and how many people are online. **Internet service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent outages and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy: We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions.
Weather: The mountains provide us with so much to offer, but predictable weather is not one of them. Please be prepared for all types of severe weather from excess heat in the summer to heavy rains in the Spring & Fall and Snow and Ice in the winter. It is highly recommended that you bring a 4-wheel or All wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not issue any refunds for loss of power or internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.
Groceries: Large grocery runs should be done in Bellingham (about 45 min away). There are a handful of small mom and pop grocery stops along Mt Baker Highway and we are happy to make recommendations. Restaurants are extremely limited and are not always open during the slower seasons. Please come prepared with provisions.
Parking:
Property Manager is required to register ALL vehicles that will be staying on the Snowater property. You will be given a parking permit for each registered vehicle. You will need to provide your vehicle(s) Color, Make, Model and license plate # for registration.
