Please be mindful of your neighbors!-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)-San Diego Airport flight path runs over Ocean Beach. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!-There is 1 security camera in the front of the home facing the street and sidewalk-This home, like most beach bungalows in the neighborhood, does not have AC. We have provided portable fans and, with the windows open, the ocean breeze cools the house nicely!ATTENTIONThis home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.PARKINGThere’s a 1 car driveway located at the front of the home. The dimensions of the pictured paved area 261in L x 103in W.
