It is about an 8-minute walk from Hatagaya Station on the Keio Line via the Roku-go shopping street. The house is located in a quiet, congested area, with an apartment next door. The “Roku-go shopping street” that you pass on your way to and from the station has many restaurants, cafes, and coin laundromats. Popular cafes are open from 7:30 a.m., so you can eat there, or those who get up early go to buy bread. The nearest convenience store is a 4-minute walk away. The supermarket Daiei at Hatagaya station is open 24 hours! 【Nearest station.】 9 minute walk from Hatagaya Station on the Keio Line Parking space available (1500 yen/day) Parallel parking with the owner. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
