Light filled with high ceilings and many updates including new furniture, this unit overlooks a quiet courtyard with a sliver view of the Puget Sound.
You’ll be just steps from Pike Place Market, Myrtle Edwards Park, museums, galleries & countless restaurants & shops.
The building amenities includes 24/7 concierge and gated parking with 2 parking spaces.
**NOTE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION WORK** There is a fence that is currently up in front of the building due to bike path construction. Alaskan Way is reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access is open. Guests will need to walk around the fence to get to the building office when they check-in. Contact us with any questions.
This light, bright, air conditioned apartment boasts 1,127 sqft, 9 foot ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with a Queen bed), 2 baths (one has a soaking tub), 2 parking spaces and a great location! The bedrooms are separated by the living room.
Pike Place is right next to it as well as the Space Needle, Pop Museum and the Show Box for concerts. Very close to the waterfront, Pioneer Square, the football and baseball stadiums.
The condo can sleep 6 adults:
- 2 in the master bedroom (Queen size bed) + ensuite bath with separate shower and soaking tub.
- 2 in the guest bedroom (Queen size bed) / guest bathroom is off the kitchen, not ensuite, and with shower only.
- 2 on the living room sofa bed (Queen Size)
(Keep in mind this is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo and the space might feel cramped with full occupancy)

Your apartment is part of an HOA community. Building amenities are available for residents but not for renters. Please note that we can’t guarantee building amenities such as elevator availability and operation during your stay.
PARKING:
You get two assigned parking space in the garage.
ATTENTION: PARKING & GARAGE RULES
Please follow the rules below so you don’t get a fine!
1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)
2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)
***This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.
PROPERTY ACCESS:
Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
You’ll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we’ll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.
Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available.
Skyscrapers overlook Elliott Bay in Seattle’s compact Downtown. Shoppers buy local crafts and produce in vibrant Pike Place Market, with its eclectic restaurants and food stalls, or hit big-name stores like Nordstrom. The busy Central Waterfront has a giant Ferris wheel and the Seattle Aquarium, while cultural attractions in the wider area include the Seattle Art Museum and the 1928 Paramount Theatre.
Public transportation, Uber/Lyft are great options to move around.
There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area.
It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume to a minimum. The neighbors below us are most impacted by noise. We request that guests remove shoes upon entry, and especially avoid wearing high heels on the hardwood floor.
ATTENTION! Home has tile floors. Be careful with wet feet and when wearing socks.
