Welcome to the Capitol View Estate in Austin. This gorgeous property is in the heart of old Austin with views of the skyline from several patios, balconies and the spacious side yard. This property is perfect for micro-weddings and events. Enjoy the pool and hot tub, or step over to the spa for a restorative soak with a view. The attached, private side yard has repurposed stone columns, chandeliers in the trees and large area perfect for serving great local foods and drinks. The home itself has an open and modern design with a curated art collection. Enjoy the downstairs media room and lounge or take advantage of the views from the dining and living rooms on the main floor. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with Property Manager standard luxury. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Pets considered. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability. Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit. No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from Property Manager Vacation Residences.
