Other famous Chianti towns such as Radda, Gaiole and Volpaia are within easy reach. Florence, Siena and San Gimignano are also excellent destinations for unforgettable day trips. The estate consists of an impressive natural stone farmhouse dating back to the 18th century with mint-green shutters, together with a former barn partially covered with vines. Between the two buildings lies a paved courtyard decorated with flower beds and distinctive trees in large terracotta planters. This area serves as a large terrace with long dining tables for shared meals as well as smaller tables for more private moments. Surrounding the property are manicured gardens with wide lawns and Mediterranean plants. Inside, both buildings have been carefully restored, preserving traditional features such as wooden beamed ceilings and brick archways.
