The 3 bedroom coastal cottage has a light-filled living space with vaulted ceilings where guests can relax and unwind. There are board games and books, as well as TV and good wifi to keep you entertained. A cosy wood fire warms up winter nights and a fire pit on the secluded front patio means guests can enjoy an evening outside. We also have the convenience of two efficient split systems, one downstairs and one on the mezzanine, ensuring comfort all year round. There is a well equipped kitchen or outdoor bbq if you want to cook at home, or it’s just a 10-minute walk to local restaurants in Rye. It’s the perfect location to explore the lively Mornington Peninsula, visit prestigious wineries and the hot springs are only a few minutes away. This home has a no party policy.
