Perfect for accommodating 4-6 guests, additional sleeping arrangements can be found in the queen pullout couch on the first floor. The open first floor plan with a half bath is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Equipped with an LG cable tv, complimentary Wifi and French doors leading out to the back deck, the natural sunlight in Gulf Getaway keeps the space bright and airy. From an espresso maker, to a Keurig and smoothie maker, the rooster-themed kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking and drink necessities. There is also a hose outside for washing off sand from the beach and a private back entrance to make accessing the back patio a breeze. Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit. Shared Community Features: This home also includes access to the neighborhood pool- exclusive to Truman Annex homes and has lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing. How to Access: the bedrooms are located on the second floor with stair access only. Parking Information: There is assigned parking provided for 1 vehicle.
