Our 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for families and couples that want to stay in a quiet place close to the city center. It receives a lot of daylight but is totally isolated from the the exterior noises.

The historic center with the main attractions of the city is just 10 minutes on foot. You will find all the necessities like supermarkets, gyms, public transport within the walking distance.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of the newly-constructed building with elevator. The parking is on the floor -1 of the same building.
All the windows are facing the inner patio with palm trees and plants that will make you immerse in the nature from the comfort of your sofa.
The living room has a big sofa (that can be converted into a comfortable queen-size bed of 160cm for 2 people), and a bar dining table for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave-oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juice extractor, stove, pots, pans and crockery.
In the bedroom, you will find a king-size bed (180cm) and a wardrobe. We also offer a baby cot and a high chair that will always be at the property.
We have a washing-drying machine, central heating, air conditioning and fast WiFi.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal and a parking spot in the same building. We hope you will make yourself at home.
The flat is located in a residential area near the city centre. In the vicinity there is a wide range of supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, clubs and tourist activities.
The city centre of Malaga has a wide cultural offer that will allow you to discover the Andalusian culture and customs. This city is the birthplace of artists such as Picasso and has developed its potential to offer the visitor unique experiences.
El Corte Ingles, a large shopping centre, is 800 meters away. The apartment is just 15 minutes on foot from the old town, where you will find the main attractions of the city, such as La Alcazaba, Málaga Cathedral, Calle Larios or Picasso Museum.
You can get to and from the airport by bus, train, or taxi and the trip will take you 20-50 min depending on the transport you choose. The nearest bus stop, for buses 8, 21, 23 and 38, is 2 minutes on foot. The nearest taxi stop is 5 minutos on foot, in Avenida San Sebastián.
