You’ll love the privacy and natural light that flows throughout the interiors and the courtyard available outside the unit. BEDROOM: The bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed. The bed is topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. TV in the bedroom has access to local channels. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - dishwasher - kettle - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. STUDY: Dedicated workspace adjacent to the bedroom. All you need to bring is your required devices and you will be able to work from home. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: No parking space within the complex - there is free street parking in front of the complex. Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
