Welcome to our luxury 2-story, 3-bedroom home in the heart of one of
Cape Town’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Hout Bay.
Nestled uphill, this light and bright property is the perfect haven for
your Cape Town adventure. Indulge in the comfort of this
well-thought-out space - a serene sanctuary that coins the definition
of rest, refresh, relax, and unwind. This is a Home away from Home!
The space
The spacious downstairs lounge-cum-dining area is designed for comfort
and entertainment, complete with a cozy wood fireplace to create a warm
and inviting atmosphere for those conversations around the fire with
family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen features all the
amenities you need, including a designer gas stove, dishwasher, and
more. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as
well as a scullery cupboard stocked with cleaning amenities, is at your
disposal.
There is a second lounge upstairs with a TV with Netflix for
entertainment.
The front pool deck/courtyard is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the
sun, and enjoying memorable family time.
Bedroom 1:
This elegant room overlooks the pool deck and mountain and offers an
extra King-size bed for a luxurious night’s sleep. It leads onto a
balcony and includes ample walk-in wardrobe space. The ensuite
bathroom, features a walk-in shower, providing you with flexibility and
comfort.
Bedroom 2:
With a comfortable Queen-size bed, this bedroom boasts an en-suite
bathroom with a secret door from the bedroom. The bathroom features a
walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3:
This main bedroom sits next to the second lounge with a TV with Netflix
for entertainment. This elegant room overlooks the pool deck and has a
peaking view of the mountain. It offers a King-size bed for a luxurious
night’s sleep. It includes its own lounge/workspace. The ensuite
bathroom, features a walk-in shower, providing you with flexibility and
comfort.
Additional Amenities Include:
- Uncapped Wifi: Stay connected with high-speed internet, perfect for
remote work or staying in touch with loved ones.
- Netflix: Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV.
