Welcome to 5 Cubs Lodge at Eagles Nest!
This home was newly constructed in 2023 in the Great Camp section and emerges as a haven of luxury and recreation, boasting seven bedrooms designed for both comfort and versatility. The main level offers a regal king suite with a tiled shower, setting the tone for the sophisticated accommodations throughout. Ascending to the upper level reveals three additional king suites, each adorned with their own tastefully appointed tiled showers.
The living room, adorned with vaulted ceilings, welcomes guests with a gas log fireplace, plush leather seating, and a large flat-screen TV equipped with cable. The dining area, with seating for up to twelve around a ten-foot table, provides an elegant space for shared meals. The kitchen, a culinary enthusiast’s dream, boasts a large granite island, double ovens, a gas cooktop, a prep sink, and additional seating for four.
The lower level features a twin room with a private bath, as well as two separate rooms hosting two sets of twin over full bunks, sharing a full bath with a tub/shower combination. Entertainment knows no bounds in the full game room complete with a spacious sectional, TV, two arcades, foosball, and shuffleboard tables. The main-level deck is a haven of relaxation, featuring a half-covered section with a gas log fireplace, TV, and dining table, while the other half remains open, offering ample chairs for soaking in the panoramic views.
While on the lower deck, guests discover access to a brand-new hot tub, an outdoor TV, and comfortable seating, creating an oasis for unwinding beneath the stars. 5 Cubs Lodge at Eagles Nest embodies the epitome of mountain luxury, promising a vacation experience that seamlessly combines comfort, entertainment, and breathtaking vistas.
**Please note that a new home is being built on a nearby lot. Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm**

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Cancellation policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- While animals have been in the home, this home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets to this home.
- 5 Cubs Lodge has an elevator that is not available for use. It will remain locked at all times.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc.com
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities
- Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development’s roads, including at the neighboring lots.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
