Traditionally built, with terracotta floors on the ground floor and vaulted brick ceilings, the house, which sleeps 4 people, has a spacious living room on the ground floor. The living room is decorated in a contemporary style with 2 large sofas and a flatscreen TV. French Windows lead from the living room out onto a corner loggia where guests can relax in several traditional Tuscan metalwork armchairs. Arches on the loggia open up onto the private garden, where there is a table and chairs for guests to dine al fresco. The open-plan kitchen is reached via a small flight of stone stairs off the living room and has a large dining table. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Mokka coffee maker. Sleeping Bedroom 1: On the first floor, this sunny bedroom, with polished wooden floors, is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: A second bedroom, also on the first floor, with a double bed, large chest of drawers and hanging space. Bathrooms Bathroom 1: On the ground floor, this large bathroom has a bath with a shower head, bidet, basin and WC Bathroom 2: An airy bathroom on the first floor, with a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC.
