A charming converted wing of an old Casa Colonica, offering the perfect balance for exploring Florence whilst enjoying the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The ideal choice for a holiday with family or friends, the property sleeps 4 and is surrounded by well-kept gardens, with views over the hills, near the city of Florence (just 5 km away).
Traditionally built, with terracotta floors on the ground floor and vaulted brick ceilings, the house, which sleeps 4 people, has a spacious living room on the ground floor. The living room is decorated in a contemporary style with 2 large sofas and a flatscreen TV. French Windows lead from the living room out onto a corner loggia where guests can relax in several traditional Tuscan metalwork armchairs. Arches on the loggia open up onto the private garden, where there is a table and chairs for guests to dine al fresco.
The open-plan kitchen is reached via a small flight of stone stairs off the living room and has a large dining table. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Mokka coffee maker.

Bedroom 1: On the first floor, this sunny bedroom, with polished wooden floors, is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: A second bedroom, also on the first floor, with a double bed, large chest of drawers and hanging space.

Just 200m from the bus stop with links to central Florence (5km away), guests can easily explore the Renaissance treasures of the city: the Uffizi gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, and the cathedral. There are many excellent restaurants and bars where visitors can soak up the local atmosphere.
The Mall at Leccio (27 minutes) is one of the best designer outlets in the area. Here you can find designer clothes and accessories at heavily discounted rates.
If guests want to cook at home, then the variety of produce at San Lorenzo market is unparalleled. There are also many vineyards in the nearby Chianti hills which offer wine tastings and the opportunity to buy delicious chianti wines directly from their creators.
