The best resort-like amenities including an Olympic-length rooftop infinity pool, Restaurant & bar, room service, gym, and security 24/7 2BR / 2BA 1,500 sq. ft. Bedroom 1 - 1 King & private bathroom Bedroom 2 - 1 King Make yourself at home at Casa La Costa. Enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise from your private terrace or a freshly shaken cocktail while watching the sunset from the rooftop pool & lounge. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, Smart TVs with Netflix, an in-suite washer & dryer, pool towels, and plenty of other amenities to make your stay the most comfortable it can be. PRIVATE CABANA - Enjoy a private cabana with a minifridge, steps from the rooftop pool, for $20 USD per day. Notice of Upcoming Maintenance: Please note that from June 2 to November 7, there will be maintenance affecting some common areas, including the rooftop, P1 hallway, and lobby. This will include temporary closures and changes to access routes and services. CONCIERGE: The on-site Concierge team is available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and can arrange a wide variety of additional services such as airport private transportation, SPA treatments, private Chef experiences (cooking classes, tequila tasting, appetizers, and bartender service), food & drinks fridge pre-stocking, tours and activities, and many more! The concierge will contact you and assist in coordinating your arrival. RESTAURANT: - The rooftop terrace Restaurant is open 9:00 am - 3:00 pm for lunch. -Bar is Open: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm *Bringing your own drinks, alcohol, food, or snacks to the pool areas is prohibited. ROOM SERVICE - This service is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. POOLS: - The lobby infinity oceanfront pool and the rooftop terrace infinity pool are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. (Children are not allowed in the rooftop pool) FITNESS CENTER: - Fully equipped, oceanview 7:00 am - 10:00 pm no reservation needed. PARKING: - One parking spot might be available in an underground garage. Please ask the concierge directly. BEACH: We are really fortunate to have the beach right in front! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This condo was designed to be open air and not really for air conditioning. Therefore, As part of your reservation you are allotted 75kw of electricity per day. Electricity usage above and beyond this amount will be charged at $2.82 pesos per kw. This will be taken out of your security deposit. You’ll be asked to sign upon arrival a letter of agrement stating this information. A resort fee of $310 MXN PESOS per night (not per person) will be collected at the security desk upon arrival. This Facilities Daily Rate is additional and independent of Property Manager, and applies to all reservations created. You can easily walk to Zona Romantica in 15-20 minutes or take a 5 minute Uber/Taxi into town.
