Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The unit is located on the 3rd floor. There is not an elevator. Split units provide AC and heat. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Shared deck space hours are 9am - 9pm. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
