Welcome to “Hygge“, a modern 3-bedroom townhome located in the heart of Traverse City. With 1,400 sq. ft. of stylish living space, this family-friendly home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. You’ll be just minutes from local restaurants, beaches, wineries, and downtown shops — making it an ideal home base for families or groups visiting the area. We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and ’retired’ towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ All 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor: Each of the three bedrooms offers cozy comfort after a day of exploring Traverse City. - Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, a Pack ’n Play crib and highchair stored in the closet. - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed. - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds. Three bedrooms, a Pack and Play crib, one twin chair foldout, one twin rollaway bed and one queen pull-out sofa provide flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests plus an infant — a rare find in the center of Traverse City! ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The townhome includes 2.5 bathrooms, ensuring everyone has space to refresh! - Primary Ensuite: Dual vanities and a large walk-in shower. - Second Full Bath: Shower/tub combo on the third floor. - Half Bath: Conveniently located near the kitchen and living area. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking and gathering: - Modern stainless steel appliances - Blender, Instant Pot, toaster, and a coffee station with complimentary coffee and tea - Children’s bowls, utensils, and highchair Enjoy casual seating for two at the island and dining for six at the main table — perfect for group meals or morning breakfast together. ☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The inviting living area features plush sofas, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV with streaming apps you can access with your account! Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group*** - Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. - Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee. - Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially. - Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform.
