Government issued ID and credit card used for the reservation are required prior to check-in. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) These must be submitted via the Check-In Form. Your room door code will only be activated after all these documents have been submitted

You will receive a property information booklet 5 days before your arrival providing specific home details, local suggestions, Wi-Fi access, TV instructions, and more.
Property Manager Concierge
Upgrade your stay and have it all ready for you. If you notify our guest experience team you would like concierge services, our team will contact you shortly after your booking is confirmed. We can help arrange additional services, from guided tours to chef services, their expertise will relieve the stress of planning. Simply arrive and relax.
The property is equipped with key pad door locks. Your code will be sent to you the morning of arrival of your stay. Additionally, a property information booklet link will be emailed to you in advance of your stay. This contains all the relevant house information, like WiFi network names, password as well as house rules and check out procedures. Please let us know if you would like us to email you this information booklet or send to other guests.
A car is required to get around Horseshoe Bay given its a more rural setting

- No parties or large gatherings. Smaller events or gatherings considered with prior homeowner approval and up to 20 total guests. Please include any questions/requests in your booking inquiry

- Per local ordinances, outdoor spaces have quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Please no loud noise.

- The swimming pool: It can be heated at an extra cost. If you would like the pool heated please contact us and we will set it up. Please do not heat the pool on your own. Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the pool. Broken glass in the pool will result in extra fines. Please help us keep the water clean by rinsing off any sunscreen before entering the pool.
