Seaward, Werri Beach - Gerringong - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Summer Season
Seaward is a classic family beach house with good lawn and garden areas, plus the bonus of a pool. The house is older in style, with some original features, and some renovated areas. Please book this house as a casual, comfortable beach house, with a pool, fenced garden, within easy walking distance of Werri Beach. Please do not book this house if you want something ultra modern. Seaward is a perfect option for families or a group of friends.

Where will I be?
Seaward is located in the Werri Beach precinct, within walking distance of the beach, the local fish and chips cafe, or the Gerringong Bowling Club. Gerringong town is a very short drive from the property.

Why choose Seaward?
If you are after a classic, comfortable, casual, yet stylish beach house, Seaward is perfect for that. The pool is also a bonus!
How is the property laid out?
Seaward is a compact, single level home with 3 bedrooms, a living room, and combined dining / kitchen area. The house has a shared bathroom, with separate toilet room. There is also an internal laundry with a second toilet. The spa bath jets in the shared bathroom are no longer operational. Please be aware of this. The bath works just fine otherwise.
The garage is a combined area for car parking and a games room.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note however that we cannot guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If wifi is critical for your stay, please therefore have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Seaward has a good sized, fully fenced yard to the road, and a pool area behind the house. There is a lovely lawn area, overlooked by a deck. Both the pool and lawn areas are well screened by vegetation and fencing, giving a good sense or privacy when at the house.
Children must please be supervised at all times around the pool.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Seaward has reverse cycle heating and cooling in the living room.
Linen - What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Seaward has a garage for guest use, parking on the driveway, and on street parking is also generally easy and safe to find.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Seaward is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
