Please note that the Mornington Shire has strict guidelines affecting holiday rentals, including restrictions on guests and their activities. Outdoor areas including the pool and Spa cannot be used after 11.00pm and noise restrictions apply at all times. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not comply with these guidelines.
