It’s a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. One free space in the parking garage next door. Condo is on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. One Bedroom with King Bed, and queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Full bathroom, laundry, fully equipped kitchen, smart tv for streaming only (sorry no cable.) You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage with pass. Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES. HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street. OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.) Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined. EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout. There are stairs to reach the condo, it’s on the second floor. High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. A damage waiver fee is required for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, the host retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount. There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations. If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay. Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.
