Prior to your reservation, please note the following information:
• As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed.
• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
Designer furniture and works of art bring a very special touch to this former family home, renamed in memory of the childhood of the owner, Marie, who grew up here with her sister.
This splendid and fully air-conditioned villa is the ideal place to spend a unique holiday in an exceptional setting, enjoying a magnificent private pool and a sun-drenched southern garden. Villa Marie can comfortably accommodate up to ten people with its five bedrooms: four en-suite bedrooms with their own bathroom and private toilet on the ground floor. A small staircase leads to the cosy bedroom upstairs, with its two single beds, a private bathroom and private toilet.
The main living room, the heart of the house, is divided into two parts: lounge and kitchen. This large, beautiful area is very sunny, with large picture windows giving on the exterior and the garden.
The congenial lounge is at your disposal to enjoy a peaceful moment. With its high ceilings, it’s the perfect place to relax, read, chat or watch your favourite TV shows in a contemporary setting.
In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy on the fine living room table or on the 200 m² terrace: hotplates, extractor hood, oven, grill, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, food processors, kitchen utensils, espresso machine, kettle, coffee maker, toaster…There’s even a second refrigerator, so you are sure to have enough space to keep all your groceries fresh!
Set in a magnificent Mediterranean garden, the generous azure-blue private pool invites you to swim and enjoy water games… Its pleasant pool house is a major asset, with a fifth bathroom and a second kitchen. The pool house is iedal to lounge throughout the day.
With 6,000 m2 of land and 350 m2 of living space, this villa is the perfect place to relax in the fresh air. Between the gentle shade of the vegetation and the warm embrace of the sun, the villa will be a true haven of peace for your holiday.
