You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Hollydale is conveniently located in leafy Burradoo, just 3 kms from the main street of Bowral. It is close to town, public walking tracks, parks and train stations. The towns of Berrima and Moss Vale are within 10-15 minutes drive, and the outer lying areas of Burrawang and Robertson can be reached within 25 minutes drive. Why choose Hollydale? Hollydale is a luxurious and modern Southern Highlands home that provides a superior quality stay. The home is generous in its features and includes multiple living areas, stunning dining area with surrounding views to the garden, a light-filled conservatory with cathedral windows which gives you the feeling of being nestled in the garden, elegant bedrooms (master with ensuite), large bathrooms with under floor heating and heated towel racks, and an additional eating nook area that can also be used for playing board games which are provided! The paved outdoor terrace and dining area lead directly into the picture perfect garden with firepit - all completely private. The house is ideal for enjoying year round. An exceptional home where you can enjoy the company of friends and family! How is the property laid out? Hollydale is a single level home, configured as follows: Enter the home through the welcoming barn doors to the foyer with modern chandelier. The left wing of the house features a very large lounge room with cathedral ceiling, modern fireplace, big screen TV and games. This living room leads into the glassed conservatory. Also in this wing is the eating nook with table and chairs, and a lovely double bedroom. The house then leads to an open plan kitchen and dining area surrounded by large glass doors that open to an outdoor terrace. In the right wing of the house is the large master bedroom with King bed, elegant ensuite, flat screen TV and dedicated workspace. Off the hall there are 2 Queen bedrooms, a large bathroom with separate powder room, as well as an additional living area with another flat screen TV and additional workspace. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is also in this area, as well as internal access to the four car garage. WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it? Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. The property also has three smart TVs, one in the main lounge room, one in the Master bedroom, and another in the second living room. Please bring your own login details for streaming services. Board games are also available in the drawers below the living room TV. Please note however that neither Property Manager nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan. What about outdoors? Hollydale is a battle-axe property located at the end of a private driveway. Surrounded by established cypress pines, the yard is north facing and filled with sunlight. The lawn area is dotted with established trees, pretty garden beds of roses, camelias and gardenias, and is a lovely place to wander and explore. Enjoy stargazing at night while sitting by the fire pit! Stay warm or keeping cool? Hollydale has a modern fireplace in the lounge room and a zoned central heating and cooling system throughout. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Hollydale supplies luxury linen and bath towels. It also has a well stocked pantry in the kitchen. Parking for cars, boats, etc? Hollydale has a circular driveway which can accommodate multiple cars. The garage is not available to guests. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Sorry, Hollydale does not allow pets. Please contact us for pet friendly options. Security at Hollydale External security cameras are located on the grounds. There are no internal cameras. The security cameras are used as needed to ensure that the property is used for agreed purposes by the agreed number of guests. What are the minimum stay rules? - Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Summer Season rules? Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
