Blue Belle Cottage is perfectly located on the main street of Berry (Queen Street), close to shops and restaurants yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle and vehicle or pedestrian traffic on busy days. Just a short walk from Berry’s cafes, restaurants and bars, you can enjoy a meal or drink or two, and stroll home to your beautiful cottage! Gerroa or Seven Mile Beach are just a 10 minute drive away. Why choose Blue Belle Cottage? Blue Belle Cottage is a classic, charming Berry experience - a cosy, original home, modernised to make for a stylish and comfortable stay. The central location also allows you to easily enjoy all that Berry and its surrounds have to offer. How is the property laid out? The home is on one level with driveway and garden behind a front fence and large rear lawn area behind driveway gates. Once inside, the home has three bedrooms including an oversized master bedroom and a beautiful large bathroom with claw foot bath and separate shower. There’s a large, recently updated farmhouse kitchen and open plan living/dining area that opens up to a sandstone paved outdoor dining area, complete with a covered pergola and BBQ. A washing machine/dryer is located in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso compatible pod machine and quality appliances. WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it? Blue Belle Cottage provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please bring your own streaming service to watch on the smart TV in the living room. Please also note that neither Property Manager nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. What about outdoors? Blue Berry Cottage is fenced, giving great privacy from the road. It has a pretty cottage style front garden as well as a very large lawn area at the back of the house - complete with swing and orange and lemon trees. The rear alfresco dining area has a covered pergola - perfect for indoor / outdoor entertaining. Staying warm or keeping cool?! The house is equipped with ducted air conditioning and heating to the living area and bedrooms - perfect for summer and winter. There’s also a working wood fireplace in the living room for cosy winter nights. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? High quality sheets and towels are provided at Blue Belle Cottage. Please bring your own beach towels for visits to Gerroa or Seven Mile Beach. Parking for cars, boats etc? There is parking for 2 - 3 vehicles in the grounds, including driveway parking and a covered carport for additional parking behind the driveway gates. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Sorry, Blue Belle Cottage is not pet friendly. Please contact us for pet friendly options. What are the minimum stay rules? - Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Summer Season rules? Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays. Who will I be dealing with during my stay?
