The open living room features two loveseats and one couch, built-ins, and a flat-screen television. The open dining has seating for eight with additional seating for eight at the breakfast bar and breakfast nook. This floor also features a desk, half bath, and laundry room. Also on this level are additional balconies and walkways leading to the separate bedroom suite with a microwave, wet bar, small fridge, and coffee maker.
