A true home away from home, Lupine House is located on the Valley Floor of
Telluride with incredible year-round bike and running trail access. Nordic ski
access is available just across the street. A short walk, bike, or drive to
the heart of Telluride, this cozy, breezy condo has a home-like feeling, with
green space just outside, two parking spaces, and plenty of room to relax
during your Telluride getaway. The living room features a fireplace, flat
screen TV and ample seating as well as it opens to the private patio where you
can take in the mountain views. The kitchen has everything you need to ensure
your comfort making snacks and meals to enjoy with your loved ones after an
adventure filled day on the mountain.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed with an ensuite toilet and small
sink for your convenience. Down the hall is a double twin bedroom which upon
request can be converted to a king as well as a full bathroom and a washer and
dryer.
This small residential complex offers you two unassigned parking spaces and is
a short walk away from one of Telluride’s free shuttle bus service stops (the
SMART Bus). Bring your bikes and hop on the paved Valley Floor trail and ride
less than 10 minutes to the heart of town. Rent or bring your nordic skis and
hop on the groomed Valley Floor nordic trails just across the street.
