The modern three-bedroom house in St Leonards is ideal for a wonderful summer holiday, with easy access to a secluded beach and local amenities.
If you are searching for a tranquil vacation home that offers easy beach access, Seachange Escape is the perfect choice. With three cozy and inviting bedrooms, each furnished with high-quality linens, this home can sleep up to eight guests. The primary bedroom, complete with a comfortable queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, is conveniently located on the ground floor for maximum privacy.
On the second floor, there are two rooms available for guests. The first room has a bunk bed with a single bed, a double bed, and an additional, separate single bed. The second room has two single beds. There is also a secondary bathroom located on the second floor. Guests can relax in a cozy lounging area or enjoy the beautiful scenery from the balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities needed to prepare meals, while the living room and dining area offer a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for socialising or watching a movie. With the kitchen across from the living room, guests can easily multitask and enjoy meals while spending quality time with one another.
Enjoy the summer weather by having a barbecue in the backyard dining area. When you head back inside, you’ll find that each bedroom and the central living space feature a split cooling system, allowing guests to control their comfort.
This property is optimised for ease and offers free street parking and wireless internet access.
As a guest, you will have access to the entire home, linen, towels, washer, and consumable amenities at no additional cost.

We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need.
For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded. There are many beautiful grassy areas along the shore where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. If you're looking for a quiet spot to go swimming, there are a few places to choose. St Leonards Pier and Harvey Park are great locations to visit in town. You can follow Bluff Road along the coast if you head south from the pier. Along the way, you'll pass by a caravan park with lovely shore views, a jetty, and a boat ramp.
The primary restaurants and grocery stores are located near the coast on Murradoc Road, about a 20-minute walk from Seachange Escape. Salty Cow and The Fig Tree Store are well-liked for their tasty coffee and breakfast. You should grab a good meal after spending a day at the beach, so visit Le Chix Restaurant Cafe or St Leonards Fish & Chips.
