Villa Isa is situated in the hills of Porto Rafael on Sardinia’s northeast coast, a short walk away from La Sciumara beach. Indoors the single storey villa built in the 1970s in traditional Sardinian style, characterful features include a central fireplace, terracotta floors and natural stone details, complemented by simple furnishings and comfortable spaces for relaxing and dining. Outside, the villa is surrounded by trees and greenery. A second panoramic terrace is well equipped for al fresco living with its dining area, barbecue and built in seating. Sweeping views from the villa span the nearby town of Palau and the Maddalena Archipelago out to sea.

Interior:
The villa has one floor. GROUND FLOOR - Entrance into living room with access to a covered veranda overlooking the pool; dining area raised slightly above the living room; kitchen with direct access to the barbecue area; one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. A corridor leads from the dining area to a hallway; one double bedroom; a second double bedroom; one bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (fan in the twin bedroom).
Park:
The villa is surrounded by approximately 2000 sqm of enclosed Mediterranean garden, planted with holm oaks, myrtles, junipers and granite rock formations typical of the Porto Rafael landscape. In front of the living room, a covered veranda overlooks the swimming pool and is furnished with outdoor lounge furniture. At the back of the villa, a patio includes a built-in barbecue and steps leading up to a raised panoramic terrace with views of the Maddalena Archipelago. Three outdoor parking spaces are available within the grounds.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located a few steps below the covered veranda, easily accessible from the villa and surrounding garden; bean-shaped, it measures 6 m in length with a constant depth of 2m; lined in PVC and accessed via a ladder; the adjacent solarium, paved in granite, is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas and offers views of the Maddalena Archipelago. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
