This wonderful, large family home boasts a spectacular Richmond location, being just a five-minute walk from the river and a short eight minutes away from the beautiful Kew Gardens. Offering four bedrooms and an exceptional private lawn garden, this property is unrivalled for the warmer months.
Upon entrance into the house, you will find the first sitting room on the left, finished in neutral shades of cream and beige with an original fireplace and a vibrant patterned rug which adds a splash of colour to the room. With a large sofa to curl up on and a flat-screen TV with SKY connection and DVD player for entertainment.
Straight ahead of the entrance you will reach a second, more formal living space (ideal for adult guests) which is just as elegantly decorated in soft, neutral shades and with interesting art adorning the walls. It allows access to the garden through two sets of French doors which also pour in natural light. The sitting space has another ornamental fireplace and a TV entertainment unit for guests to enjoy.
An open-plan kitchen and dining area can be found to the left of the entrance which extends to a conservatory overlooking the garden. The modern kitchen has all the facilities you may need for use such as a large gas hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. The centre of this room has a convenient sitting space whilst the dining table is arranged in the conservatory so guests can enjoy their meal whilst looking out over the garden.
The garden itself is undoubtedly one of the best features of this home; it has been beautifully designed with two separate al-fresco dining areas to make use of in fairer weather whilst a ping-pong table will ensure entertainment. On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms.
The serene principal bedroom is elegantly finished with large sash windows inviting streams of natural light. It has a full-length mirror beside its super king-sized bed as well as built-in wardrobes allowing ample storage space. The second and third bedrooms are similarly styled with double beds, one of them featuring a study desk. The shared bathroom on this floor boasts the luxury of both a bathtub and separate walk-in shower. The final bedroom is located on the top floor of the house, boasting a study area by the window and a comfortable king-sized bed. There is a convenient wet room on this level which is finished to a very high standard.
