Amazingly decorated condo features an open living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchens is fully stocked with everything you need for your meal prep! New appliances, cabinets and counters deliver a fantastic experience. The four person breakfast table is ideal for morning cups of coffee and/or breakfast. The living room features a large sectional sofa, with ample seating for four adults. Enjoy your favorite TV shows or movies on the 55in. SmartTV. The living room features dual sliders to the patio area. Located in the hallway are a full size washer and dryer.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Two bedrooms are located on the west side of the condo. Guest bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a 40in. Smart TV and a large closet. The bedroom utilized the bath across the hallway. Guest bath features a single sink and a shower. Main bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, and a 40in. SmartTV, small work desk and a large closet. The ensuite main bath features dual vanity sinks, ample cabinet space, secret mirror storage and a large walk-in shower. Connect your phone to the ceiling mounted speaker to enjoy your favorite tunes with ambient lighting.
OUTDOORS
The spacious patio features a dining table for four and sectional seating to enjoy the mountain views and cocktails with your loved ones. A three burner propane BBQ is provided for guest use. Patio is located steps to the pool/spa area. Less than ten yards! One covered parking space is available for guests, and additional overnight parking is available onsite.
