If arriving by train into Kings Cross, this can be accessed by taking the Piccadilly line Westbound for 5 stops. If arriving at Euston, take the Northern line Southbound for 4 stops. If arriving at Waterloo station, take the Bakerloo Northbound for 3 stops. If you are coming from Paddington Station, take the Bakerloo line Southbound for 6 stops. You can of course get Ubers or Taxis very easily around London. Please note that given the central Soho location noise is expected. It is down a quiet mews road however there is frequent visitors and vans that use the street.
