Situated in absolute prime position, in the heart of beautiful Kingscliff – park your car and walk everywhere. Only 90m walk to the beach entrance right across the road! Award-winning cafes, restaurants, surf club, local shopping village, beach, and creek all at your doorstep.
Take in the breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of your open plan living area and kitchen or sit out the front on the coastal wooden chairs and enjoy the sunshine. Beat the heat with air-conditioning in the living/dining area too.
The kitchen is modern and fresh completely equipped with all you need for your holiday stay including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, cooktop, and breakfast bar overlooking the ocean.
The property has two levels.
Upstairs: Master suite features a Queen size bed with heaps of BIR, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (new in 2025), bathroom, lounge room with smart Television, dining and large open plan kitchen overlooking the ocean.
Downstairs: Bedroom 3 has Queen bed, bathroom with barn door, lounge with smart Television, dining & small kitchen, laundry in the garage with washer and dryer.

With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
