Deer Valley Deer Lake 2413 is a charming townhome nestled among mature trees in lower Deer Valley, offering the perfect retreat for all seasons. Just under a mile from Deer Valley Resort and the St. Regis Hotel, and only a mile and a half from Park City’s vibrant Main Street, you’ll enjoy easy access to everything the area has to offer. Step out the back door to find a scenic walking path and a lovely lake, perfect for summer strolls or winter adventures. Plus, the shuttle stops for the free bus are just a short walk away, providing convenient transportation to Deer Valley, Historic Park City, Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction. Please note that this vacation rental has a five-night minimum stay.
This home offers two levels, a spacious 2,030 square feet, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and plenty of room to easily sleep up to eight guests.
You will enter this townhome from the garage or front door into the main level great room with living room, kitchen and dining area. This area offers an open feel with its vaulted ceiling with access to the back patio with wooded and lake views.
Skier Shuttle: The Deer Valley Skier Shuttle will take you and your guests to and from the Snow Park Lodge during your stay. Making it easy to get to and from the slopes.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable furnishings. a cozy gas fireplace and lots of natural light.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen featuring all the appliances, including a gas stovetop, tile countertops, and bar seating for two.
Dining Room: This dining area offers a table with seating for six.
Sitting Area (upper level): This bonus space offers a sectional sofa and a 75” Smart TV with cable programming.
