Walk one block to the Atlantic Ocean and spend the day in the surf and sand, basking in the sun. Then, come back home and rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower provided. This condo features a fully equipped kitchen that has all you need to create your best dishes, including a Keurig coffee maker, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, a toaster, and a breakfast bar with seating for five. Plus, you have the choice of dining indoors or outdoors on the patio. When it comes to entertainment, this condo has something for everyone! Find smart TVs, DVD players, children’s DVDs, a swim board, children’s books, puzzles, and board games. You’ll also have three beach chairs, one beach umbrella, one tent, beach toys (football, volleyball, boogie board, sand castle toys), fishing gear & a beach trolley. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available using your own accounts. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
