Welcome to Majestic Mountain Lodge, situated in the exclusive Trapper’s Glen neighborhood offering ski-in/ski-out access, jaw-dropping mountain views, and luxury amenities including a patio with a gas firepit and hot tub. Located at the top of Four O’clock Road, with the Four O’clock Ski Run and the town of Breckenridge’s “Fairy Trail” in the backyard, this property provides convenient access to town, world-class skiing in the winter, and endless hiking trails in the summer. Majestic Mountain Lodge is an ideal retreat any time of year.
The main level combines the great room, dining area, kitchen, and breakfast nooks. Expansive windows throughout reveal views of Baldy Mountain and beyond. The large great room, set under vaulted ceilings, will be a popular gathering spot for all whether you’re relaxing beside the gas fireplace and enjoying the views or watching an exciting game on the large flat-screen TV. Enjoy the nearby wet bar with a wine cooler and bar sink. A game table provides a place to play cards, board games, or indulge in a puzzle. Hook up your smartphone to the in-house stereo system and listen to your favorite music throughout the entire main level.
The beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen will delight the family chef, featuring a large island with seating, a 48-inch professional dual oven, a six-burner gas range, and two dishwashers. The kitchen is set between two dining areas, one with two large breakfast nooks and the formal dining area with a large table and seating for 10.
On the upper main level is a beautiful primary suite with a king bed, a TV, a gas fireplace, and private deck access to further enjoy the amazing views. An ensuite bath includes a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. A few steps up, there is a king suite and a bunkroom complete with balcony access with one XL twin-over-queen bunk along with an XL twin trundle that slides out from beneath. On the upper level, you will find three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, including a king suite with balcony access, a queen suite, and an additional bunkroom with one XL twin-over-queen bunk, along with an XL twin trundle that slides out from beneath. There is one additional queen bedroom on the upper level with sliding barn doors and a shared access bathroom nearby. A loft area has an office workspace and a sitting area.
Downstairs on the lower level is the exciting rec room. A large wet bar with bar-style seating, sink, dishwasher, bar fridge, and icemaker offers everything you need to host après ski happy hour. A large flat-screen TV, billiards table, ping pong, and foosball will provide endless entertainment besides the warm gas fireplace. After a day of exciting mountain adventure, retire to the adjacent theatre room end catch up on the latest movies you’ve been waiting to watch.
Outdoor entertaining begins with a deck off the kitchen complete with a BBQ gas grill, table, and mountain views. A few steps off the deck is a gas fire pit with seating. A new patio sits behind the lodge and is home to the private outdoor hot tub. A steam shower is provided in the bathroom by the hot tub to relieve those sore muscles after skiing or hiking.
Other amenities include a full fire suppression system, 3 sets of washers and dryers, and a 3-car heated garage.

SKI ACCESS
Just behind the home, you’ll take a path through the woods to the Four O’clock ski run. Follow the Four O’clock run to the Snowflake Lift for easy Peak 8 or 9 access. You will be required to cross the road to get to the lift.
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
GUEST SERVICES
The property manager has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
