Life at Cypress Mountain Chalet in the prestigious Highlands of Breckenridge revolves slowly around the pure alpine air, mountain views, and an expression of a quintessential Colorado-style chalet. This elegant western retreat provides a sense of peace with nature with rustic style and uniqueness. A variety of natural designs combined with a touch of European style defines this four-bedroom, 3,500 square foot home.
Cypress Mountain Chalet provides the privacy you are looking for with the convenience of just a 10-minute drive to town and the ski gondola parking and just 5 minutes from the Breckenridge Golf course and Nordic Center.
The interior of this beautiful home is designed throughout with Cypress heartwood, lending warmth and a welcoming feeling the moment you walk in the door. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, a comfortable sectional couch, and a stone-feature gas fireplace with seating for all. This unique two-sided fireplace opens to the dining room on the other side, creating the ambiance to make entertaining around the combination bench and chair dining table a memorable experience. A breakfast nook on the opposite side of the kitchen seats another 6 and is perfect for the kids.
A warm inviting Colorado kitchen with a European feel features high-end appliances, a beautiful gas range, a wine cooler, and plenty of counter space with a center island and two sinks. Outside, a large upper deck with comfy patio furniture and grill invites alfresco dining and relaxing in nature in the summer months.
On the main level off the dining area is a large private office for remote working with beautiful built-ins, a private bath with shower, and a high-end sleeper sofa.
On the upper level is the master king ensuite room with TV and gorgeous ensuite bath with freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities, and walk-in shower. Next door is a family suite with a queen bed and twin bunk room with hall bath.
Retire to the lower-level family room with its stunning tiled floor and architectural elements including a wet bar with exposed beams, flat-screen TV and sitting area, and a stone fireplace with couches for relaxing. Head out to the lower patio with a private hot tub and enjoy beautiful landscaping in summer with Colorado native plantings and wildflowers.
Guests have use of one bay of the garage with parking for 4 cars total. Enter from the garage to a spacious mudroom for boots, coats, and hats.
A washer and dryer and ping pong table are also available.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the property manager shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property manager has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado’s cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can’t live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
