Lone Star Lake House

Enter the house via the white screen door into the large kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances a breakfast bar, and a rustic stone backsplash. The open floor plan allows for cooking while enjoying conversation with friends or family at the breakfast bar or the dining area. There is a large rustic wood dining table in front of the stone fireplace. On each side of this area are two living spaces. On the left is a sectional sofa and a smart TV and on the right is a convertible sofa sleeper and a smaller table for board games or additional dining.
On each side of the central stone fireplace are patio doors leading you out to the wooded lake view from the covered deck. The left side is partially screened with cushioned seating and a bar-height game center. On the right is an outdoor dining table and gas grill.
The primary suite is located on the right side of the home past the breakfast bar and dining area. It has a private bath with two entry points, one from the bedroom and one from the laundry room, which is off the hall next to the bedroom. The other bedroom on the main floor is off the kitchen. Upstairs on the left is a bedroom with a private deck overlooking a heavily wooded lake view, which is much more visible in late fall, winter, and early spring.
This house has another entrance on the left side via a walk deck that goes to a sunny deck with Adirondack chairs, perfect for working on the tan. There is a gentle sloping path to the water’s edge. Guests can swim at the shore!

You can swim, float, fish, and access the shoreline without any issues. If you would like to bring your boat and trailer it daily, there is a large area next to the house along the county road to park trailered boats and vehicles. (Approximately 20 yards from the house.)
