Welcome to Eagles Peak at MontEagle, with stunning 360 degree views!
Just two miles past the Banner Elk Winery you’ll find the gated community of MontEagle. Perched atop a knoll is Eagles Peak. The driveway holds up to 4 vehicles on the gravel driveway. Two steps to enter the home bring you to the kitchen and dining area. Matte stainless steel appliances and leathered granite make for a fabulous space for meal prep or baking. Gather around the dining table inside with seating for eight. The living room is a beautiful mix of minimalism and mountain modern. The home has four suites-- two on the main level and two upstairs. Beginning on the main floor, to the east is a king suite with TV and deck access. The full bathroom has leathered granite counters and a tiled shower with glass door. To the west side of the home is a twin over twin bunk room, also with a TV and access to the back deck. The full bath for the bunk room has a tub/shower combination. The bath opens to both the bunk room and the hallway, where you’ll find the full sized washer and dryer.
Head upstairs to the spacious loft. Like the main level, the east wing has a matching king suite and full bath with the same sink and shower set up. To the west, there is a queen suite with tiled shower. In the loft, there are many windows for nature light and enjoying the views from inside. A sofa that folds to a queen bed and TV allow a second movie viewing space, great for different ages or team favourites. Tucked in the corner is a chess board and stools. Will you try the Queen’s Gambit, or Reti’s Opening? The loft also includes a full sized pool table and wet bar with cooler. Bring your snacks with you and you’ll never want to leave!
On the back covered deck is a second table for dining al fresco next to the fireplace, or the family may enjoy an evening at the fire pit. See the additional notes regarding firewood.
