While surrounded by high-end custom interiors and luxury mountain living at it’s finest! The Overlook was featured in the March/April 2023 edition of the Raleigh-Durham area of Home Design & Decor magazine, as well! This home sleeps 12 and has it all, featuring the hot tub looking out into the mountains on the double deck with a gas grill, heaters and a wood burning outdoor fireplace with High def mounted TV on the main deck. This modern kitchen offered both a drip style, and Keurig coffeemaker. Inside this 4 suite style bedroom,4.5 bath custom home, find a gas fireplace and High def mounted TV in the grand living room. Views throughout, and High def TVs in the upper level King Suite, Queen Suite, and lower level Bunk room. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. There are two King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, and a Bunk room with a full over full and a twin over twin. Please read before booking: All guests must go to the BRMC’s North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day. The gate hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm Saturday: 8am - 4pm Sunday: 8am - 2pm Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood’s Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. COMMUNITY AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO YOU DURING YOUR STAY: - BRMC AMENITY FEE is $50/day and capped at $500/reservation. - Seasonal parties and outdoor events such as live music. - Fire pits, bar, and a seasonal food trailer. - The trails here are for hiking only. Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s, UTVs, mountain bikes, or dirt bikes. - Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, a variety of waterfalls, plus a number of coveted fishing holes. - Pickleball and Bocce Ball courts. - Horseshoes. - Lookout Grill (seasonal restaurant with indoor/outdoor bar). ​​​​​​​- Brand new outdoor pool located at The Meadows - Spa and massage services for an additional charge! - Ascent Wellness & Fitness center including: Personal training Private classes such as Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Spin, and more! ADDITIONAL NOTES - The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is a up-and-coming community with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles. - The garage is not available for guest use. - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not requesting an exception and for not bringing pets into this home. - All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee per booking in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - The trails here are for hiking only. Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s, UTVs, mountain bikes, or dirt bikes. - Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home’s street. -Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax. - There is an elevator in the property that is checked between rentals to ensure that it works properly. The elevator is for adult use ONLY and children absolutely may not use the elevator without adult supervision. Any damages to the elevator caused by improper use will be billed to the tenant’s card on file as non-accidental damages, at a minimum fee of $1,000. - Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
