The San Anton II apartment is situated right in the heart of the Chueca neighborhood, a charming area of Madrid popular with locals and tourists alike, who flock here to eat tapas and shop for fresh market produce.
The apartment enjoys an unbeatable location opposite the San Antón market, only a short walk from the city’s top museums, Plaza de Cibeles, Puerta del Sol or the Retiro Park. Very well connected by public transport to all major sights in the city.

This upscale 160 m2 apartment has a charm of its own, not only thanks to its generous floor space, which makes for spacious, welcoming rooms, but also because of its exquisite decor and atmosphere. In addition, it has four balconies that overlook the street, which are perfect for soaking up the sun as you watch the world go by.
Provided with 3 bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep 6.
The entrance opens into a charming kitchen–dining room with a large dining table and French chairs. The first bedroom is on the left and comes with two single beds and a balcony overlooking the street. A sliding door separates this room from the living area, a large bright space provided with sofa, chaise longue and pouf where guests can unwind. At the other end of the living area is the second bedroom: welcoming and cosy, it has a balcony overlooking the street and a comfortable double sofa bed. The third bedroom is provided with a double bed and has access to a large walk-in wardrobe and a superb bathroom with separate shower and bathtub (the bathroom is also accessible from the living room).
The kitchen leads to a laundry room with washing machine.
This non-smoking apartment has elegant wooden floors, Internet and hot/cold air conditioning throughout.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
