Villa Renascer is a 4-bedroom villa, built in the 90s and which, despite being completely renovated, retains its identity, its hand-painted tiles, stone dome and skylight that offers plenty of light. On cold nights you can enjoy a drink on its inner patio. Its location is perfect, in a quiet area, on a cul-de-sac, but close to the center of Vilamoura and approximately 10 minutes from the marina and beaches. It was decorated with the comfort and well-being of all its guests in mind. The spacious lounge, flows with the dining area and the kitchen. Outside there is a beautiful garden overlooking the golf course, a table and chairs next to the charcoal barbecue for moments of conviviality. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) and electric shutters. The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor terrace, access can be via bedrooms 3 and 4 or via the exterior stairs. An extra space to enjoy the outdoors, to provide all guests with a great view over the golf course. EXTERIOR Private pool and access by stairs and Roman steps, garden, table with 6 chairs, charcoal barbecue, 4 sun loungers, 4 armchairs and side table. One parking space gated FACILITIES: Cot and high chair with no extra cost, WIFI Distances: Marina (1.0km); Beach (1.5km); Supermarket (0.5km); Airport (25km). Security deposit: 500 euros - cash at check-in On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked: Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
