Our fully-furnished & equipped STUDIO is located in the heart of Summertown - a stone’s throw from shops, restaurants and bus routes to the City Centre. It is situated on the lower ground floor, has its own entrance and guests also have access to the garden at the front of the house.
It’s the perfect location for those visiting, working or studying in Oxford. Ideal for NHS staff, medical researchers or graduate students with direct bus routes to the hospitals & the University in central Oxford.
The STUDIO is located on the lower ground floor of a charming Victorian house in the heart of Summertown in North Oxford - only moments away from the thriving restaurants, shops and bars. The studio contains a fully-equipped, integrated kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, Wi-fi internet and Smart TV. Accessed via its own private entrance, it’s perfect for couples and single guests visiting Oxford who wish to stay in this exclusive and fashionable area of Oxford.
There are excellent transport links in Summertown - it’s a 9 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk to the city centre.
The studio itself has a very comfortable double bed and a small dining table to enjoy meals. The kitchenette contains all necessary cooking equipment, a fridge/freezer, microwave and a cooking plate. There is a toaster & kettle, cutlery, and wine glasses etc. There is no washing machine or dryer and we therefore recommend guests can use the OXWASH service or the local laudrette.
Kitchen basics (tea/coffee/salt & pepper/oil etc) are supplied.

Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances require a little more flexibility when arriving or leaving, so we offer the possibility of an early check-in and/or late check-out, subject to availability. However, please note the following charges apply:
Early Check-In Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof before the standard check-in time (3pm).
Late Check-Out Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof beyond the standard check-out time (11am).
To ensure smooth transitions for all our guests, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you anticipate needing an early check-in or a late check-out. If this causes an inconvenience to incoming or outgoing guests, we may need to decline the request.
