The property enjoys a private west-facing balcony, with a view of the surrounding gardens, pool and nearby village. Equipped with a bistro table and chairs, the balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an aperitif at the end of the day. Outside guests can enjoy a heated, saltwater swimming pool surrounded by a paved sundeck, sun loungers and parasols, there is also a picnic area and shared terrace equipped with a BBQ and furnished with tables and chairs. There is also a children’s playground with a trampoline and a swing. The village is surrounded by picturesque countryside and the nearby Sava River. The most prominent feature of the village is a well-preserved Renaissance-era castle (a 5-minute drive / 24-minute walk from the property) that dates back to the 16th century. The region is also known for its vineyards and wine production. Visitors can explore the local vineyards, sample regional wines and experience the viticultural traditions of the area. Vino Simon is a 6-minute drive away and Vinska klet in repnica Najger, in the nearby Bizeljsko area is an 8-minute drive away. For active holidays the region offers a tranquil setting for outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. There are also two golf courses nearby - Golf igrišče (a 25-minute drive away) and Golf Grad Otočec (a 40-minute drive away) and one of the largest water parks in Europe Termalni park Aqualuna which is a 30-minute drive away.
