Welcome to Legends Landing! Legends Landing is under a mile from the stadium and walking distance to everything you may need! The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a lovely balcony with seating and a grill! The Alabama themed unit has everything you need to enjoy the perfect game day including a comfy couch and two red recliners plus a big TV! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need to create a delicious meal or some game day treats! The first bedroom has a Queen bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom also has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a tub-shower. Both bedrooms also have a TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the unit with bedding provided. You can enjoy multiple complex amenities here, which include a pool with waterfall, 24-hour fitness center, tanning beds and 24 hr. business center with free printing! The complex pool area is open 24/7. Please be aware that there are no lights in or around the pool area though. If you have a larger group, consider also booking Bama Bliss or Bear’s Den located on the same floor a few doors down! This is a pet friendly property! We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions! *Please Read Prior to Booking: *Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.* *There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. This includes the pool and/or hot tub. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.* *All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.* *If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.* *A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.* *Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.* *For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
