Zen Inspired Sanctuary - 1131
Palm Springs is famous for mid-century architecture and true indoor/outdoor living, and this fabulous escape is no exception. The home is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Vista Las Palmas, famed for its original mid-century architecture, quiet ambiance, and mountain views. You’ll be just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants of downtown and the designer stores and boutiques of uptown. A perfect place to relax and unwind in style, this Zen-inspired mid-century gem designed by famed architects Palmer and Krisel sits on a 12,000-square-foot lot with dramatic mountain views and has everything you need to make lasting memories with friends and family. There will be limitless ways to use each dreamy vacation day, yet you may find it difficult to leave the comforts of home. You’ll find two backyards connected by a Zen garden, one with a deep swimmers pool, an outdoor shower, and a barbeque island, and the other with a hot tub, grassy lawn, firepit, and waterfall.
Inside, the magic continues with vaulted ceilings, a unique layout, and touches of zen decor that make all of your cares slip away. Step into the stylish full kitchen and you will find a gas range, contemporary cabinetry, a coffee maker, and all of the modern cookware you are used to. Once five o’clock rolls around, the bar area has plenty of glassware and mixing utensils to create your favorite cocktails each night. And, the living area will be the hub for settling in for the night with a movie streaming on the TV before residing in each stylish bedroom to recharge for more days of fun ahead.
