The main level also offers a bunk room with two twin-over-double bunks, ideal for kids or friends. The upper-level guest room provides two twin single beds, and there s also a Murphy Bed in the upper-level office/sitting room, making this home perfect for family vacations or trips with friends. Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a very quiet community. Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation.
Pets: The owners of Modern Mountain Creekhouse will accept dogs on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Guest Experience Team at Property Manager for approval.
There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance.
Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject to review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
